This course introduces you to the five phases of the project life cycle: Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Controlling, and Closing. You will learn how projects move from an initial idea through planning and execution to successful completion, while understanding the role of monitoring throughout the project.

By the end of the course, you will be able to explain the purpose of each project phase, identify key activities and outputs, understand how monitoring supports project execution, and recognise the importance of properly closing a project and documenting lessons learned.
