Where a fee is described as non-refundable, the student agrees that the payment is final once made, except where Oxtech Academy approves otherwise or where required by applicable law.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. By making payment, you agree to comply with the payment provider’s applicable terms.
Refunds are only available where clearly stated in Oxtech Academy’s Refund Policy or approved by Oxtech Academy in writing.
Failure to complete a course, attend classes, submit assignments, or use the learning platform does not automatically qualify a student for a refund.
Students are responsible for their own learning progress, assignment submission, device access, internet connection, and participation.
To qualify for certification, students may be required to complete lessons, assignments, projects, assessments, or any other course requirements set by Oxtech Academy.
Oxtech Academy may withhold certificates where a student has not met the required completion standards.
Certificates may be issued to students who successfully complete the required course activities, assessments, projects, or other stated requirements.
Oxtech Academy does not guarantee certification if a student fails to complete the programme requirements.
Oxtech Academy may provide career guidance, portfolio support, community access, opportunity updates, and learning support.
However, Oxtech Academy does not guarantee employment, paid internships, freelance jobs, income, promotions, or specific career outcomes after completing any programme.
Student results depend on individual effort, consistency, performance, market demand, and available opportunities.
All course materials, videos, workbooks, slides, assignments, templates, resources, website content, logos, and branding are owned by or licensed to Oxtech Academy.
You are granted limited access to use the materials for personal learning only.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, policies, or actions of third-party platforms.
All Oxtech Academy names, logos, designs, course content, videos, graphics, materials, and platform content remain the intellectual property of Oxtech Academy or its licensors.
You may not use Oxtech Academy’s intellectual property without written permission.
Oxtech Academy provides educational services for learning and skill development.
We do not guarantee that completing a course will result in employment, income, certification from a third party, admission into another programme, or any specific professional outcome.
Our services are provided as available, and we do not guarantee that the website or learning platform will always be free from errors, interruptions, or technical issues.
To the extent permitted by law, Oxtech Academy will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of our website, courses, learning platform, community, or services.
